About the East Coast Nat'l. OHI Conf. (metro-NYC) 5/20-22
I had a blast in the Big Apple last week helping my Mom celebrate her 87th birthday with 3 Broadway shows & general galavanting around Manhattan! 
I grew up on the upper Westside of Manhattan & Mom still lives there so I got to walk all over! The weather was spectacularly gorgeous,too. Generally, I only weigh myself when I come home from a trip - out of curiosity to see how I did. Mostly, I just rely upon how my clothes fit to know I'm still toning up & losing pounds. But the scale confirmed it on Monday morning: 148.5 lbs. 
OHI thoughtfully held it's conf. May 20-22nd so I could piggy back bidness with pleasure. It was held just over the George Washington Bridge in NJ at the Hasbrouck Heights Hilton.
My WEIGHT LOSS COACHING method was well-received at the Conference! The response to my Sat. morning talk, Sat. afternoon class and the 2 days of free personal consults really confirmed my belief that asking people who have spent most of their adult lives (if not their childhoods) obese to permanently move into the world of normal-sized, healthy bodies is like asking us to suit up for a ride on the space shuttle in a few months without any NASA training!! 
My plastic surgery on batwings & turkey wattle went splendidly on March 28th under the gifted hands of DR. MARISA LAWRENCE. I highly recommend her. The follow up care by Dr. Lawrence & her nurses is wonderful, too.
