Thank you Tami, I will definately keep you posted, I'm going to the WLS seminar June 21st. I will say that I went today and bought a protein powder at GNC called Amplify, "Cookies n Creme" (OMG it is GREAT) because the effexor that I am on is causing me to stay hungery and I thought that would aid me in not being hungry all the time. I have gained 4.5 lbs in 2 weeks due to the meds and hunger, so I'm like geezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz ~Melissa~
