Hi Deana, I can help you with that. It's VERY simple. Go to tickerfactory.com and pick weight loss. There are TONS of them to pick from. Click on your favorite. Then, you will go to the next page, which will ask you to pick the ticker slider you want. Then you will input your weight, etc. and tell it if you want to track your weight, or your weight change. When you get done, it will give you several codes. Use the HTML one. Go in and copy it. Then go in and update your profile. Paste the info from ticker factory where you want it on your profile, and VOILA!! There you go!! OR.....if you want to email me and tell me which ticker and ticker slider you want, and the password to your profile, I will be happy to do it for you. You would probablly want to change your password to something to use temporarily so you can change it back after I put the ticker in for you. Just let me know!! Tami
