Dr. Odom?

Anyone out there know anything about a Dr. Odom from Marietta, Georgia? I know someone who is contemplating using him as a surgeon and I cannot locate anything regarding his track record.

Carol, I went through the 'bariatric surgeons' to the left of this page and after going through all the hoops found Doc Odom. There was one person who posted that he was an excellent doctor. Best way to find his 'track record' is to ask him straight up, thats what I did. Hope this offers a bit of help. Barb

Carol, I can tell you personally that I have found Dr. Odom to be fantastic ! He did my open RNY three weeks ago and I feel wonderful. If you read my profile , I sing his praises! I am a nurse so I hand picked my surgeon and what a superb surgeon I choose ! Good luck to your friend in her journey . Janet

Carol, Ooops , I forgot to mention that Dr. Odom uses Sue Woods R.N. for your preop information and post op . He also suggests the importance of a support group and uses Dr. Dennis Smith's support group . His philosophy mirrors that of Dr. Smith's in regards to Pre and Post operative care. Janet
