Hi folks, , heres another update article :)

I hope everyone is doing great , just thought i would give ya'll an update , last time i told ya'll that my wife an i are exspecting our first baby in sept. and that we had been trying for a couple of years . Well we just found out 3 days ago that it is a healthy boy , I am sooooo happy about becoming a father . also the company i work for has been following my progress and they have just done an update . I thought ya'll might like to read it .and by all means comments are welcome . Also a lady from Obesity help magizine called and left me a message saying they wanted to do a feature story about me . i was wondering if anyone else had been asked to do this .
