I Need Help.....

Hi Shon , I haven't had surgery yet but my doctor recommened juice plus . However they were to expensive so I went to a health food store and found a close product called ULTRA JUICE they have 28 whole fruits and vegetables there are 90 to a bottle and you are to take 2 day . This company that makes them Nature's Plus also has liquid verison of it andalso a liquid calcium The price of them was 21.95 for the pills.......I hope this helps....Beth

What I took: gown robe hair dryer deod. chapstick ( you will need it) brush slippers shampoo soap toothbrush & paste the largest panties I could find. I wore my gown & robe home. Good luck on your surgery. You will be in my prayers. You will do wonderful. I had mine on 5/2/05 Tammy Gunter

Shon, I am doing good, haven't had any problems at all. I feel good, I am driving, doing laundry, just not lifting anything heavy. I really haven't had any pain except some cheese I ate, I think it might have got stuck & it was uncomfortable for a few minutes but it passed within 5 min. Having a hard time getting all my water, I am almost 3 weeks-post op & I am finally getting in 40oz. a day. I just have to sip sip all day & I keep it beside my bed to. I have lost 23lbs, & just feel so much better. You will do good, just put it in Lord's hands & he will take care of you. I will keep you in my prayers, & if their is anything I can do let me know.
