OT - I PASSED!!!!

My sister just called me from home to let me know I got my results from the Fitness certification test I took last month. I have to share that I PASSED!!!!!!!!! I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Excited!!!! Thanks for all the well wishes!!!! Now - who's gonna come workout with me???

If you lived closer to Eastman, I would work out with you. I am kind of in a slump right now...not losing because I cannot get the exercise in, but with school fixing to get out, I am hoping that I will get to do more since I wont have to get the kids to school and I dont go to wor****il 11am. Just try to add in a 10 minute walk before each meal and you'll see a HUGE difference in you energy level!!!!........I know easier said than done! Move to Eastman? Do you think the town could handle me??

Move north, and I'm there!!! Dee Dee, I am sooooooo happy for you. No body deserves it more! Since I have been at the same weight for quite a few weeks, I definitely think I am going to have to get my behind in gear. I keep getting hurt (tripped over the U-haul ramp Sunday)...there's always an excuse. It hasn't really gotten me any sympathy with DH, but the students are amazed that I am still able to walk! They want me to quit dancing...not going to happen. Any one who saw me on the dance floor at Bahama Breeze understands that I have a lack of rhythm. My little ones are embarrassed for me. Gotta sing!!! Gotta dance!!! Oh, Dear, I just went from congratulating you to talking about my class....I AM my mother!!! Dee Dee, you are the bomb!!! Love ya' Becky
