It helps us find the real us. We are all so buried under all of this fat, we don't know what we are really like or capable of. It sounds like you have found that. congrats on the fiance too.

Hey Steph thanks a million I am blessed. I used to dream what it would be like. And my dreams were never this good. It's not all a bowl of roses. You have skin to deal with. things a droppin. You find other issues to hate about yourself this is true. But I learned to love me more. To let go more. Give it up and go on with life. This is my new take and it's not easy but I am working on maintaining my new life as much as possible... NAT
