Exercise today
OK, I have been swimming nearly every day Monday through Friday since I joined the Gym 2 weeks ago.
I have TONS of energy and am feeling pretty good about myself over all. The endorphins are just screaming through my body.
Anyway, today I swam for 40 minutes strait and 80% of the time I was doing traditional hand over hand, leg kicking, swimming... I am very psyched since the first day, I could do 4 laps like that and the rest were on my back doing some sort of fat man wave stroke thingy (can you tell I didn't go to a lot of swim meets?).
Well, I'm off to do something or other.... I forget.

I am waiting with baited breath for my hubby to get our pool ready to go!! I can't wait to start swimming. Since my weight loss has been "stuck" for the last couple of months (sigh), my surgeon says I need to exercise. Okay - but the orthopedic surgeon doesn't want me to walk!! I know, excuses, excuses.
