Albany Area Support!

I recently moved to the Albany area and I'm seeking the support of others who have had WLS or are considering having it. I had surgery in Oct. 2005 and I'm dealing with issues I never thought I had prior to surgery. The support that ObesityHelp provides is great but there is nothing like face to face support. IT IS HARD TO HAVE SURGERY ON 10/05 BUT I AM FROM ALBANY BUT STILL LIVE IN ATLANTA. I PERSONALLY DON'T KNOW ANYONE IN ALBANY WHO HAD SURGERY EXCEPT MY SISTER, WHO HAD THE SURGERY IN 1980. SHE OWNS THE COOKIE SHOP ON JACKSON IN DOWNTOWN ALBANY. GOOD LUCK MARY

My husband lives in Americus..and I'm moving there around the first of June. I just had a job interview in Albany last Friday...and one in Pelham about a month ago.
