Just want to wish you 2 the best this week as you are facing your new beginnnings. I will be right behind you so save me a seat on the losers bench. Since I will be in Atlanta on Thursday for my pre-ops I intend on stopping to check on the both of you. I expect to see 2 happy gals. And I don't want to catch you 2 up there partying.....I am just teasing. I hope that you 2 are up and doing well when I get there. I can't wait to see you on the losing side.... See you soon. Thanks so much, Patrice! I think Anne and I will be running up and down the halls shouting "We're losers, we're losers!!" LOL! Seriously, I'm a bit nervous at this point-ready to just get it over with. My kids have both gotten a little emotional about it-even though I've been really upbeat about the whole thing in their presence. Still--for them, Mom is going to have surgery and that alone is frightening enough, I guess. I'll be saving you a seat--can't wait to get there myself! I'll hope to see you on Thurs (not sure when I'll be dismissed--). Hopefully Anne and I won't cause too much trouble together! Michelle

Thank you Patrice. I just talked to Michelle and she is suffering thru the bowel prep and has to be at the hospital at 5:00 in the morning. We have a unique bond. I go to night school with her mother and her oldest daughter is spending the night with my daughter. (They are best friends) I will take them to school tomorrow, then tomorrow night I will be doing the bowel prep. I wish I could go with her tomorrow but have to save the time off from work for myself. This is unreal!! I hope we do see you Thurs. See ya!...When in May is your surgery? I forgot. Anne

Anne, My surgery is the following week, Wednesday, May 4th... It is great that the 2 of you have such a bond..Makes for a better support system. I think that is one of the things I am blessed with also. I work with a girl that just had this surgery in December and she has became such an inspiration to me. Then D'Lynn is also a wonderful role model, she has been so helpful in guiding me an advising me on what to expect. You see I am one of those people who does not like the unexpected.So D'Lynn keeps me informed on what is going to happen. Lord knows I am thankful to have those 2 ladies in my life to keep me on the right track. If you talk to Michelle any today tell her my thoughts and prayers are with her and you best believe they will definitely be with you tomorrow.....Will see you on Thursday.. Patrice
