Looking for information for self-pay.
1. Total Cost
2. Are the qualifications the same as going through the insurance (esp.
6 months of structured dieting/documentation)?
3. What happens if you have a problem....say 3 months later?
I would just call your surgion and ask the person who does the insurance stuff. If you dont have a surgion Mine is Dr Proctor in Gainesville and he is wonderful, the pre and post op care is awesome.
