2 Month Post Op Report
Hi All:
I went for my two month post op appt today and have lost 43lbs. I have been kind of discouraged by my slow loss, but I have talked to the nutritionist and the doctor and they both agree I am on target. I just have soooooooooo much to lose, I am worried if the weight loss gets any slower, I will be at a crawl!
I would LOVE to hear from everyone who had surgery in February and see where you all are in your journey. I will try my BEST to not compare myself to you, I just want to hear from you all and find out if things are going okay and any protein secrets you want to reveal!

Okay - considering you're two monts out.....YOU"VE DONE FABULOUS!!!!!
A few points to remember:
1) when have you been o a diet that you've lost this much this quickly?
2) Protein and water intake will help with the weight loss - make sure you're getting enough of both in!!!
3)EXERCISE.......I can't stress the importance of this enough. I know a lot of people don't - but remember with the rapid weight loss we stand a better chance of loosing muscle mass and not the fat that needs to leave your body!!!! (Muscle gained means more fat burned!!!)
DON'T compare yourself to others...that is KILLER. Everyone's body is different and looses at different paces!
Please don't get discouraged!
Much
