Pregnancy after WLS

I was wondering if anyone here had children after WLS...if so, what special information would one need to know? We have a three year old (almost...in May), and I'm thinking after WLS and losing the majority of the weight we might want to try to have a second child. I know the surgeon's office said women had to wait at least one year before conceiving. I was just wondering if anyone here had a story they would like to share. Thank you!

well a friend of mine ran into a women that had the surgery in 99 and had had two children since then ../and said she looked great ..The women said she had gained 70 pounds inbetween kids but had lost it all back ...but she looks good still Laura
