90lb. gone

I have lost 90lb and l fill so good. The Dr. said all looked good and to keep up the good work . I just hate that he is leaving but l know that he need to make a change and that he will do good work where he is going. and l can put on my seat belt with out the extender. that makes me fill great. have a good day. sarah

Wow Sarah! You are moving right along. It's great isn't it? I started out at 486 and am down to 315 at 9 months out. I would be down even more if I hadn't waited until about a month ago to start exercising! Take it from me, do as much as you can as soon as you can. Good luck! Kelle
