CIGNA HealthCare of Georgia

Anyone out there know the requirements of CIGNA? I have just been informed they will cover surgery for my company, so I will be changing insurance companies April (which will not go into effect until July 1st). I just want to do everything I can now so when I do change it shoud go smoothly. Thanks for any information.
