Profile Update

Hey guys! Just wanted to let you know that I have made a preliminary profile update and I will be including more info within the next day or two. Also wanted to let you know that I have FINALLY submitted some before and after pics. Hopefully they should be up within the next day or two. James, I was so glad to read you and Tonya's story. She is truly an angel and you are a VERY lucky man to have her. Please keep me updated on the wedding plans and I will make every attempt to make it there this summer! Joe

Hey Becky! I most certainly remember meeting you at the checkup. That was the last time that I've been up there b/c everything has been going VERY well. I have just been keeping up with PCP here in Waycross and all the blood levels are coming back great. The arduous task ahead of me is to GET MY BUTT TO THE GYM! I need to fill some of this old flab with some FAB! hehehe Hopefully the pics will be up soon. The weightloss is pretty dramatic. Hope things continue to go well with you! Joe

Well, well, well, miracles do happen!! Joe, it is so good to hear from you!!! I just read your profile and see that you have someone special in your life! I am so excited for you and can sooooo relate! I can't wait to see a new picture of you. I'll be check'n! I so hope that you can come up this way for our wedding. That would be wonderful!
