Three Month Slump
I need a little help...I have hit the three month slump and I haven't even reached three months yet! I am getting plenty of water and protein, but I am just not feeling as great as I should. I can tell a major difference in my clothes (size 32 to size 26), but I can tell that the weight loss has slowed down. Any suggestions?

well here is just one of many things ...Get your levels checked by your PCP and make sure that your B12 is not low ...This caused me to stop loseing for about three months and i was sooo tired it was unreal ...But make sure your taking your vitiams too ....but this was my problem ...And like i said this is just one of many things that it could be

I had the same thing happen at 2 months out and everyone here told me this is normal. They said that your body kind of stops because of the drastic weight loss and is trying to figure out what is going on. They told me to stay away from the scales for a while which I am doing so hopefully next time I get on them there will be a drop. ~Bonnie
