I am now 4 years out since my surgery. I would not go back to the 400 lbs. body I came from for anything! If you would have told me 4 years ago that this was possible to live in a size 8 body and work out 7 days a week without my knees, feet and joints hurting I would have said you were crazy. It feels like I am living a dream! The dream I dreamed since I was a young girl. I love this dream and I plan to work hard everyday to stay this way. Being 4 years out also means I am doing the work to stay thin. But it is so worth the effort! I hope that each and everyone of you reach your personal goals for yourself and live the dreams that you have had for so many years. Virginia

Virginia...thankyouthankyouthankyou for posting. What an inspiration for all of us. I'm 8 months out almost and will let fear creep in around the edges sometimes when I think "What about long term?" "Am I gonna be able to get this off and KEEP it off?" I worry about getting PS paid for by insurance. I worry about surviving IT! Haha! but I see you and know it can be done. I applaud you...admire you....and wish you continued success. I recall seeing you at the seminar here in Atlanta and you look absolutley scrumptious! You go gurl!!

Virginia, Hi! I am now 5 months out and I like you can't believe my changes. I tried on a size 16 dress and could not believe it was me in it, have gone from a size 26/28 to a 16 and still losing.. Have not seen me look like that in over 20 years. You look fantastic. Thanks for the update!

Virginia, Thanks so much for your posting. After reading your profile, you have a great story. It is so encouraging for someone who is only 1 week out. Although I am not starting out at the same point you are, my weight is somewhat less. Hopefully with that in mind, I want require any of the plastic surgeries. You look wonderful Viriginia and keep up the great work. D'Lynn
