Hello everyone, I am approved

Hello everyone I have been reading the message board for a couple of Months. I have only posted a couple of times. I started with an appointment with Dr. Hart in early Feb. and found out yesterday that I am approved. I reacted with worry and concern Is this is the right thing to do? After talking to my husband, sister and friend Michelle, I feel much happier this morning. I think I was shocked to find out so quick and easy that this is going to happen. So I got up this morning and decided to tell everyone the news! I do not have a surgery date. The surgeons office will not schedule until they have the paperwork in their hands from the insurance company-at this time they only have an oral ok on the phone. I intend to be posting as well as reading from now on. Let me hear from you Patrice! Thanks Michelle for being there. I am anxious to read a update on D'Lynn- who I do not know, but is also using Dr. Hart.

I'm so excited for you!! You and I have been dear friends for years-and we've been thru lots with our girls. Heck, I feel like your family is my family! We've celebrated good news together, worried over stuff together and everything else in between. Facing WLS together seems just natural. Now If I can only get my approval, we'll jump headfirst into this. I know you and I can do just about anything we set our minds to! Hugs! Michelle

CONGRATULATIONS ....... I am so excited for you. I can't wait till I get that official statement that I have been approved. Looks like you will be ahead of me with the surgery now. I am jealous but at the same time I am happy for you. I know at this moment you are on top on the world. Do not give it a second thought about the worries. It is only human nature that we worry about such things. I just keep telling myself if this is right for me then things will work out. I am certain you will do fantastic with your surgery. Please keep in touch with me so I will know what is going on. And keep me posted on what is going on with you. I still look forward to meeting again soon and sharing some time together. As for our Baby Benjamin he will be having 2 surgeries this Friday, March 25th at Egleston Childrens Hospital. Please keep him in your prayers. Patrice
