5 months out update ,,:) BIG news!!

Hello everyone , I just wanted to pop in and say hi and give an update , i have been so busy the last 2 months traveling . Anyhow yesterday was exactly 5 months out from my surgery and i have lost 153 lbs so far . my energy levels are good and i have ZERO regrets about having the surgery , I guess my only issues are it is hard to get all the protein that i need per day , and i have been exsercising but i need to do more i'm sure . My being real active is helping . But the greatest news of all is that after trying for over a year and a half My wife and i are finally exspecting .. Our new edition is due on sept. 21 st .At 36 its our first time being parents and i am super excited . I hope everyone else is doing fine and i hope that we will be able to attend a get together soon . Take care Travis
