Hi! I am new at this and I'm not sure exactly what an angel is but I am needing one also!! I live in Zebulon, Ga. Not sure exactly where Cleveland is, but you are more than welcomed to chat with me! I am currently researching for my first appeal process. I have Aetna (HMO) and they have denied me (stalling of course!!). Where are you in this process? Please explain this angel thing to me.
