Update on my primary care saga

Well, I drove to my cardiologist's office today, picked up my test results and drove them to my primary care's office. Now I KNOW the results are there!!! Of course, my dr. isn't in on Tues--so he won't see the results until tomorrow...but MAYBE I'll get a letter of clearance now. Please, please, let it be! I tried to turn my annoyance into positive energy...so last night I went to the gym (I ACTUALLY joined one!) and worked out. It felt good. I've decided to get really serious about getting as healthy as possible while I await approval. Who knows...I might even go back tonight. Yes--I've gone COMPLETELY MAD!!!!! I figure if I'm working out, I won't be giving my primary care the tongue lashing I'd like to be giving him! ha!!!! Hugs.. Michelle

Michelle, You are too funny. I am proud of you though for getting started on the exercising. I need to get started with a gym as well. We have a curves that has just opened and I am thinking of joining them, but we will see. Might have to try to work out at home by walking first and then work up to the gym thing. Let me know how it goes tomorrow...I would be sitting in his office from the time it opened until the time it closed or when he did my letter....which ever came first. Love ya girl and chat later.
