Hubby has a date
Well, we have a date with Dr. Duncan's office: 3/23. He goes tomorrow at 11am for his meeting with the anesthesiologist, one of the surgeons and do some stuff for the hospital. I'm hoping to go with him, but I have been terribly sick. I had a fever of over 103 yesterday, went to the doctor, and I have a double-whammy: sinus infection and bronchitis. So, I have been taking drugs and sleeping today. 
But, I really want to go with him. It is always better to have a second pair of ears. Shoot, when it is my turn, I will have heard this stuff like 3 times. That is a good thing. We both have a ton of paperwork to fill out before tomorrow. I'm hoping to do that this afternoon if I can stay out of bed (maybe I'll do it in bed...that is a good idea). We also have the complications visit on 3/10 (I think). So, we are going to be pretty busy. I have to tell you, I'm very excited and nervous at the same time. I remember Dr. Duncan talking about his mortality rate was like .02% or something like that, but as he put it, the number doesn't really matter, because it is 100% to your loved ones. That is so true. I'm trying not to worry, but it is hard. I know he will be fine, and soon on his road to losing weight.
I'm so proud of him, he has already lost 16 pounds on his own. His pants are falling off of him. If any of you know of men who would like to swap pants, he will have plenty of size 52x32's very soon and is already in need of size 50's.

STEPHANIE CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU AND YOUR HUSBAND ITS A JOURNEY DO YALL EVERY COME TO SUPPORT GROUPS IN ATLANTA I HOPE YOU NAC COME THIS MONTH HE WILL REALLY NEED THE INFORMATION THAT WE ARE DOING THIS MONTH ITS ON PORTION CONTROL HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FOOD. IT THE 10TH OF MARCH AND ITS AT 6:00 I PROMISE HE WILL GET ALOT OUT OF IT. SUAN WHO RUNS IS EXCELLENT AND SHE TO HAD THE WLS SURGERY SO SHE KNOW THE EXPERIENCE WE ALL HAS ENDURED.
