re: surgery - March 7th ?

Hello everyone: Just got a call from Dr.Macik's office on Wednesday after I was there last week and they told me that my plummonary and cardio tests where too old and they will need current clearness to do surgery. Why did they not tell me that last week when I was there, I don't know. Now another week has past and that is a delay since these doctors I used are booked. I know that this will be a good sign but since I have a special clearness to get this surgery through my insurance, I was wondering if they could change their mind if I don't get it done in the proper time frame. I was approved on the 8th and they gave me a one month window. I pray that they will extend this so I may get these tests done again. Hi Mary, you and I are under the same time window with lovely Aetna. Remember Sue Mullinax? She sent the letter or called? She or the other coordinator Micki Christopher probably should be contacted by your surgeon's office. If you don't have the numbers email me, Barbara
