Hello Everyone

Hi, my name is Stephanie, and you will probably start seeing a lot of me around here. I have started the process to have WLS Peachtree Bariatrics. My husband has already been approved, and his first pre-op appointment is coming up this Wednesday. I'm sure we will have a lot of questions, and I am so glad to know that we have everyone here to ask. I see that there are a lot of you that get together in Macon. We living in McDonough, and would be very interesting in joining your group. Do you have an additional website for the group or do you mainly "meet" here? I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you. My husband will probably not post very often. So, you might see me asking questions for him. Stephanie

Stephanie, Welcome to the group! Just about every month there is a get together, it is at a different place every time. Someone usually just takes charge in their area, picks a restaurant, gets a head count, ect...They are ALOT of fun ( I have only been to one, I have two small kids, and that makes it kinda rough) You and your husband will get lots of support here, we are all at different stages in this process, some are awaiting surgery, some have just had it, and then there are those of us, that have had it awhile ago, but still need the support.
