One Year Anniversary
What a year for me!!! 
One year ago today, I had surgery and I have lost 139 lbs. My BMI has went from 53.7 to 33.7. I still need to lose more weight, but look how far I have come. It has slowed down some, but I am exercising and getting back on track. It is amazing when I look at pictures of me in the hospital from a year ago. I am truly blessed that I have come this far with no complications. Good Luck to all of you that are researching this surgery....Just please make sure it is right for you and you take it seriously.
