protein help

Have any of you had surgery in Athens with Dr. Mejias? Also, what protein drinks have you tried? I am trying to get ready and want to try several so I have some that I kinda like. I have probably asked this before but my mind is sometimes in a fog. Thanks ya'll. Oh, how do ya'll make those funny emoticons? Is there a list on the Internet? THANKS again. Jean

I am not familiar with that surgeon. I use a Whey Protein powder by Vitamin Shoppe called Body Tech. It comes in vanilla, chocoloate and strawberry. I love the chocolate. I mix it with water and sometimes some ice cubes and a banana and throw it in the blender. It has 17g of protein and 100 calories per glass. As for the emoticons, you should see them on the right of the screen when posting. There's a drop down box for them.
