Insurance stress.....

Anyone else playing the insurance game with BCBS of Ga? Any help, information, advice, etc.....is greatly appreciated. I don't think I can stand to hear the words denied again. I am over 400 pounds taking several medications and now dealing with sleep apnea. I need this surgery and they are stressing me out. Thanks for any help. Tami

hang in there they did the same thing to me i had to go to on going physo evalutation before they would approve me hang in there

Get your company's HR involved. Even though I had an approval, they refused to pay the day of surgery, so it was cancelled. My HR fought with them for 10 days to get them to pay and it finally worked. Hang in there

Hang in there Tami, they will approve, just have to be a little difficult first. they had me to meet with the nutritionist twice instead of the customary one time. Just don't give up. Love, Meso
