re: I have a date

Hello Everyone: Well today after several months of wondering if I would be able to be just like yall, I have a date. March the 7th is the day that I will be on the loosing side as yall would say. I am excited and scared at the same time but i know all will be well for there are so many people praying for me. Thanks for all your support. I would like to know since I enjoy taking my herbs and vitamins, about 15 a day, would I still be able to swallow those pills without too much problem. Most of them are gel or clear capsules. Congratulations on getting your date, Mary!!! I am not sure about taking the vitamins and herbs. I didn't have experience with those. I was able to take capsules after about three days. Better check with your surgeon or nutritionist. Hugs, Becky
