Good and Bad

Well as of today I am under the 300 lb mark. A total loss of 83 lbs. Yeah !!!!

While in the shower this morning I lost an enourmous amount of hair!

Any help yall could suggest would really be appreciated. Only 17 lbs more to be at a 100 lb loss. can't wait. Lisa -83 lbs

My hair loss is finally slowing down a bit. It's been going on awhile. Congrats on the weight loss!
