Hey guys, I know I haven't been posting as much as I normally do the last few weeks, things in my life have just been busy and seem to only be geting busier. As you all know I'm a gym junkie so I've actually increased the amout of time I'm at the gym. Just an FYI - I'm up to taking two one hour long classes PER DAY!!!! I also am in the beginning of studying to become a certified group fitness instructor. Then when that's finished I'm hoping to get certified in BodyCombat...and to keep adding from there! I never in a million years imagined "I'd" be one to want to be in the gym as much as I am - but it's a definate addiction. I think the endorphines that are released in the muscles after you work out give me a high. This is just one of the things I've got going on. Work has been crazy as well - but that's a good thing...Idol hands leave time for the devil to play - and I will play if given the opportunity...ha ha! I love you guys and seriously miss chatting on here...I read the posts but mostly I read and leave......sorry! I hope everyone is doing well and I look forward to our gathering in Macon. Miss you! All I have to say is YOU GO GIRL!!! I remember talking to you about the gym thing at Bahama Breeze! I wish more people would follow in your footsteps. I don't mean they have to go for 2 hours a day...but just do something on a regular basis. My doctor said that less than 25% of the bariatric population exercises regularly. Just some food for thought!!! I wish you lots of success! What is BodyCombat? Sounds intimidating! Sherry Berry

BodyCombat is a kick boxing/martial arts exercise program that helps to offer not only a fun Cardio work out - but teaches dicipline as well!!! It's a FANTASTIC work out! It is created by the people who created the original STEP (Body Training Sysytems) and they offer about 6 different programs such as Body Flow (Yoga/Tai Chi workout), BodyStep (Step class!), BodyPump (A total body weight lifting program in a hour) and RPM (Cycling with a kick!). I love going to the gym and certainly wished more people would take up working out. Even 3 days a week for 30 minutes would drastically increase energy level! Dee Dee
