Hello my friends! I posted this on the Jan. 05 board, but I wanted to ask you smart folks as well Since we are all stuck inside (so we don't end up on our backsides ), what do you do for exercise? I have 2 more weeks before I can do anything weight bearing and I have NO equipment. During the week, I walk in my building at work, but on the weekends, my little house just doesn't allow room for that. Any will be greatly appreciated! Amanda

Amanda well i am lazy and i cannt stand to miss my golden girls on lifetime so i just get up and walk in place for 30 mins ...i do a few arm motions here and there ( i am useing 2 pound weights right now) but i just walk in place ...dance alittle if i get board ...But i use to do the walk away the pounds tapes and in 30 mins you would go two miles and you are basically doing the same thing ....So you can still watch your movie or shows and work out some .....at least your moving that is my theory !!! Hi Amanda, I have used the walk away the pounds videos. I like them for when I can't get out but prefer the park when I can. I go to the Gym 3 times a week and the park with DH and puppy 2 times a week. Well that is the plan anyway. Most regular gyms have childcare, I'm not sure if they charge but if they do it probably ain't much. Good luck!

Hi Amanda I am also a fan of the Walk Away the Pounds videos by Leslie Sansone. She has varying degrees of difficulty - the one I have is the 4 mile Super Challenge. The nice thing about it though is if you are a beginner she tells you when you get to each level, 1 mile, 2 mile...etc... It is a good indoor workout & low impact. Worth a try. I got mine @ Target, but have seen them @ Walmart & Ulta III salons as well. You could probably do a search & find them online as well. I hope that helps. Good luck & God bless Angel
