Protein Bars

Do you eat them? Have you found one that tastes good but isn't high in sugar??? Please share what you have learned about them. Thanks

The Power Crunch bars that we sampled at the OH convention were AWESOME!!! I sampled the triple chocolate. Go down to Laura Champagne's post entitled "Question" I put a link to the Power Crunch people. They just came out with a mini-sampler and a sampler box so that you can try different flavors. Quaker Q-smart are 10 grams of protein and 1 gram sugar and 4 grams sugar alcohol. Calories 120. Post Carbwell have 10 g of protein, 7 grams sugar and 3 grams sugar alcohol. 140 calories. I love the cranberry one and the oatmeal raisin is too wonderful. I like both. They don't have quite the amount of protein that some of the health food bars do but to me, they taste better.

The POWER CRUNCH bars are great !!! i just had the oreo ones and they are totally yummy !!! and then what else do i have the Post CArb Well are good too ...yummy i like thouse the best Laura
