Kelle & Dee Dee - Questions

Hiya Girlies... Thank you so much for putting together the information and coordination for Friday and Saturday nights. Kelle - Is the plan to meet in the bar at the Hilton at 7:30pm on Friday night or to be at the Outback at 7:30pm? Just trying to get that straightened out for those folks who are going directly to the Outback... If we want to be at Outback at 7:30 - should we meet at the Hilton between 6:45 and 7:00? Dee Dee -- WOW! Quite the response you got for Saturday night.. I hope Bahama Breeze is ready for us! The convention is supposed to end at 5:00 so is the plan to meet at Bahama Breeze around 6:30ish? Or are people meeting beforehand somewhere to carpool? What is the final count on how many of us will be there? I am looking forward to this weekend. No matter what state we are in we all share a common bond and you guys are my family whether I know you already or have yet to meet you! Hugs - lynnda

I spoke with the manager of Bahama breeze and informed him of what was going on. He's asked that I call him Friday with a final number (right now we're about 70 ish.) *This does not mean you can't come if you don't know before then.* I've given him a round number between 50 & 60 - so I think we'd be okay with whatever shows up. (I guess he'd have to be okay...) I'm figuring most of the people from out of town may need to follow someone to Bahama Breeze so I will be happy to volunteer to meet folks at the Hilton so they can follow me over. I'd like someone to get there around 6ish to go ahead and be there - but I haven't asked for a volunteer yet.....here's my chance ANY VOLUNTEERS??? I am certainly looking forward to meeting everyone!!! If anyone has any questions please feel free to e-mail me. you mean how loud *I* get?? with the atmosphere of that place I don't think noise will be a really "big" issue......(if it is then their tip gets smaller....)

Lynnda, I don't get off wor****il 7:00....I had originally thought about meeting the folks from out of town at the hotel at 7:30 then heading over to Outback. However, we can all met directly there as long as everyone thinks they can find it. Kelle
