Kathy: Perhaps your husband should address the relocation package issue in his cover letter, if that is the problem. I know the IT field has been kind of tight here lately, but I think it is on the upswing. I work at Emory University, go to this link to look at jobs available http://emory.hr.emory.edu/careers.nsf/vwEUVJobTitles?OpenView they dont usually advertise open jobs in the paper, unless they are having a hard time filling them. Also try careerbuilder.com. Some companies here only advertise there and not on dice or monster. Also, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution has a job website. Good luck. Ann in Duluth

Kathy, Be patient it will happen. We have relocated twice in the last 4 yrs both times out of state. The first time we were in Texas and the company actually flew my husband to Charlotte, NC twice for interviews then we moved here. When my husband changed careers and went into the IT field we sent thousands of resumes throught the United States and he did go on several out of state interviews before he was offered the job in Charlotte and the job here was kinda handed to him. Monster.com and Dice.com were the two big websites we used and we also used the local jobsearch websites like atlantajobs.com. Don't give up.. You will be home before you know it. Jeri
