exercise partner?

I am 33, live in West Cobb and belong to LA Fitness. I would love to find someone who wanted to go to the gym and exercise with me or even just hit the silver comet trail for a bike ride or walking

i thought i sent you a message already but i guess not... anyway, i have been on the silver comet trail on bike and could not handle it because i am so out of shape. I dont even have my bike any more. Let me ask you a question (a few) have you gotten the surgery already? And if so, who did you use...also, I haven't really started anything because i already know that there is a total exclusion with my insurance. And after what happened today, i dont think my husband will add me to his insurance either. Anywho, i need to start doing something just dont know where to start.

No, my surgery is on February 2nd. One of the things I find easier for me to do is to ride on a recumbent bike at the gym. This way it is like you are sitting in a chair and you can go at your own pace. Also, another option is water aerobics which is great. It took me awhile to build up my endurance and there are some days that are harder than others but I know I always feel better when I exercise.

I am not sure if you already found someone but if you haven't I would be interested. I have been thinking about joining LA Fitness (employer has recently added an incentive program) but wasn't sure I would be comfortable with the gym scene. I would at least be interested in renting bikes or skates (I have always wanted to do that) or even just walk the trail. Just drop me a line.

The nice thing about LA Fitness on the East WEst connector is that there are a lot of men and women who aren't all "buff" working out there. I have only been going on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday morning) but really need to be doing more. The trails are alot of fun as well. I live off of Austell so going to Silver Comet at Floyd road where the bike rental place is is close for me. So anytime!
