Jan 14th-Friday before the GA Event!

Howdy everyone! Looks like we have a muy bueno plan for Saturday after the event.. Whooohoooo! I have seen several threads re: stuff going on Friday night for folks who are coming in that day OR for locals who just are social animals! So lets list all of the possibilities here and then folks can decide what they want to do and get in touch with the gang that is doing it! You guys are great! I can't wait to get to know you all! I guess my first question would be where are folks staying? Are most of the hotels being used by the out of towners in the Norcross area? We could do anything....we could meet for dinner, go out, whatever. I'm up for anything. I get off at 7pm and could head out from there. Do we want to keep activities in the Norcross area? Kelle

Hey Kelle - I am staying down the street from the Hilton.. Not sure where all the out of towners are staying.. I would think they would try to stay close to where the convention is.. so somewhere in Norcross.... Also - I guess maybe we might want to stay close and keep it low key (just my .02cents) so we can all be in good form for the convention.. but others may have a different opinion and I will go along with whatever the masses want to do.. Could be something as simple as grabbing dinner at some place in Norcross to just get to know everyone.... Anything is good as far as I am concerned lynnda

That sounds good...the low key thing that is. I don't live in the Norcross area, but I'll try to find out what is around there (everything in the world I'm sure) and we'll take it from there! Kelle
