My friend had the same problem, she talked to shonna and shonna got dr. feilds on the phone and now my friend has a date which is jan 19, she has been calling for weeks, but shonna helped her, try asking for her... good luck...

I am doing really well since my surgery. Dr. Johnson did my surgery, he was in with Dr. Duncan. The only problem I had was I have never seen Dr. Johnson to this day. I hope they are doing things differently now. I have lost 86 pounds. I am at a stand still now. So please pray for me. Good Luck and keep calling until you get results from their office.

Hi: I had Dr. Duncan's office for my surgery on 12/13/04. Prior to that I had a heck of a time trying to work with his office. I found that if I called frequently and told the woman who answered the phone what I needed and told her not to send me off to an unanswered phone that she would page Yakima or Jennifer. I was there on Tuesday 12/18/04 so I know that they were there then - I doubt if they will be bac****il Monday now. I thought that Dr. Duncan was doing a pretty good job of getting people in before the insurance cut-off dates. I told the person answering the phone about my urgency and they even scheduled my surgery with only the approval number. I am doing well so far lost 20 lbs in two + weeks. Good luck to you. Meg
