Denial upheld

I am at a loss. The insurance company says they did not receive the backup to the appeal letter. I have faith in my surgeon's office, I know my coordinator put it all together. So, should I leave it in the doctor's hands to go peer to peer with the insurance co, (they are willing to do that thank goodness) or try to send in as much information as I have on my own also. Just lost at this point....

I learned from my good friend Roberta that you must send everything(even if it's a backup to what the doc sent) certified return receipt not only to the appeal's address, but also to the president or VP of the company...her address is roberta029 or roberta29(I forgot) at hotmail.com.... Sherry
