So Discouraged!

I am sooooo upset and discouraged! I live in Georgia but my company's insurance is Regence Blue Cross Blue Sheild of Utah and they have an exclusion for WLS coverage. I do not know of anyone who has been covered by them. I'm 21 years old, have a BMI of 41.5 and a family that I need to stick around for! I want to be able to run around with my 15 month old son! All of my dad's side of the family has diabetes, along with knee replacements, heart disease, depression, high cholesterol and pressure. I do not have the money to self pay. Anyone have any ideas on other resources to get it paid for?
