How do I post a pic?

ok if i remeber right you go into your profil set up and there is a place that tells you what to do to get a pic posted ....I had to email them mine cause i am computer stupid and had no clue how to do it the other way LOL LOL LOL but it took them about a week and a half to get mine up there ........
