OR BETTER YET....If you don't have a legitimate responce don't send it. I think this is why so many disagreements take place on here and that is why our board is one of the slowest if not the slowest on OH!!

Hi Lashelle2,

I'm in California . I don't pay attention to the location of the boards. NOW I realize this is a GA board, but since Ahari U. is one of my friends, I decided to reply to her post, which appeared on my page...some how. CA, GA, FL, TX, NY... etc I don't mind. I don't set limitations. I have no idea what drama is going on where, when, why and how, nor do I want to get involved, I just agree with her post in general. Now that I think about it, a few of my friends have been complaining lately about rude people on boards...I'm not sure where they are located, but I just show them my support. Anyway, Take care. What part of Cali are you in? I have always wanted to visit there? Are you near the beach? I have never travelled the west coast past Louisisnna. I was thinking of doing a western road trip next year.

You are welcome to post on any board, I have gone to NY and NC boards. Reality is ALL of these boards need this. Except for VSG never once saw any drama on that board, I wonder why?

It IS slow... I rarely come on this one, until recently, b/c there's another board w/ a lot of drama. Maybe I need to just go on the RHY, but when someone insulted me there... gave an opinion when I asked for advice (the question was if anyone was a picky eater, did you get over it. One girl started telling me I'm not ready and plum went off).

I've only seen the one post on here. I stayed out of it. Said my thing, didn't comment on the disagreement, and kept it moving.

I have an @$$h*le, therefore I have an opinion. or two... or forty.

Well again, I am sorry if I offended you, I thought you knew me better than to think I'd be rude to you, but I guess commmunication can get mixed up in writing. Since we have the same surgeon and the same surgery, I hope you'll forgive it as a miscommunication and not get to worked up over it. I think we will have a lot of info to share with each other now and in the future. That to me is more important than the price of a cruise.

As far as the GA board being slow, it has been pretty active lately and DRAMA FREE!!!! YeaH!!!

One thing I have learned from spending time on here and the DS board is if you're easily offended, the online blogs may not be an appropriate place for you. You may be more comfortable in a live support group setting. When you see someone in person you can get a more accurate vibe from their body language, tone of voice, etc... Inevitibly somewhere along the line on an online blog someone is going to say something to **** you off. I learned quickly to read it and move on... I figure the good advice and support I get is way more valuable than the few monutes of drama here and there. (general comment, not directed at Roxy in particular).

I can see both your side and LaShelles.... while I can see where you could take it the wrong way, when I read her reply in the thread I didn't see anything that I would find offensive. A message calling someone stupid is offensive.... she was just looking for some clarification.

I suggest the use of smileys.... they help demonstrate tone....

Thanks K-bug, sometimes you need a 3rd person to clear things up. I consider Roxy one of my OH buddies and wouldn't do anything to hurt her feelings. Sometimes small stuff gets blown way out of proportion and you end up ruining a lifetime of potential friendship over something silly.
