4th year anniversary tomorrow 5-04-09

Tomorrow I will be celebrating the 4th anniversary of the beginning to my new life. I sit here remembering the thoughts that were going through my mind on this nite prior to my surgery. The excitement of all the things that were about to happen to me. Never once did I have any anxiety about what was about to take place. I knew that the Lord has led me to this place and he would see me through it. I have to say I have been blessed with no problems from the surgery. I attribute that my surgeon and to the Lord being with him throughout my surgery. I look forward to my trip to Atlanta in the next few days to meet with Dr. Hart. I can't wait to go over my labs with him. After all this time my labs are still great. Remember folks listen to your doctors advice and take those vitamins religiously.
My advice to all you awaiting surgery...If this is something you really want then go for it. Trust in your surgeons and most of all turn it all over to God. I wish for you all the best in life and I pray that your surgeries and recoveries will be as uneventful as mine. Get ready for the rides of your life. I promise life will never be the same....It only gets better!
