Board of Regents BCBS PPO insurance? - not SBHP

I can't find a way to search the message boards to see if anyone has posted anything about the Board of Regents insurance for the University of Georgia.  It is separate from the SBHP.  Anyone had any experience with Board of Regents and weight loss surgery.  I'm just beginning the journey of checking into it all.  The last time I asked anything about it was several years back and back then they said it had an exclusion but they looked at it on a case-by-case basis, so I hope that still holds true :)

By the way, is there a way to search the forum without having to read through all 400+ messages?

In the time I've been around here (just about a year, give or take), I've never seen anyone mention anything about the insurance for the University system.  Sorry.  You could search by word...maybe just put in university?
