I was brutally attacked today!!!
Well before I realized it I had been attacked by a shopoholic demon!!! You know the little white angel on the left shoulder reasoning with you and the little red devil on the left urging you to go ahead. Well the little red one won today and $350 and a couple of hours later I had a new improved wardrobe. I must admit I don't feel a bit of guilt. It was actually kinda fun. I did desperately need spring/summer stuff for work. So what if I only get to wear them s few months? Besides it's not like I'll get rolled out of the operating room a size 8, so I figure they'll still fit at least 2-3 mos post op if not longer.
BTW Burlington had tons of cute summer dresses and the material was nice, not that polyester stuff that makes you sweat. I am soooo not looking forward to sweating this summer. I should buy stock in baby powder and Summers Eve fem spray. I swear I have sweat glands where there aren't supposed to be glands. And, working with the public I am always exrtra concerned about hygeine. Do skinny people ever have B.O.? Don't cute little skinny girls seem like even if they walked a hundred miles in the desert they'd still smell like the perfume counter in Macy's. I on the otherhand walk to the mailbox and feel like I have to shower all over again. (I guess I'll be a cute little skinny girl too soon, so I shouldn't be a hater huh)
Post ops have mentioned their body temp is cooler. That is definitely be something to look forward to. I am a confessed shopaholic and foodaholic. This is going to be so much more fun when I am smaller! Let the games begin!
