If so, it is time for you to get back on track....there are many ways to do this. 

Here at North Fulton Regional Hospital we offer a Medically Supervised Weight Loss Program. It is not a diet, it teaches you a healthy way to eat. Diets are temporary, you go on it and lose weight and then go off and gain the weight back plus more.  It is behavior modification, diet and exercise program (a lifestyle change).  The program is 10 weeks long, you meet once a week for 1 - 1 1/2 hours.  Evaluation is $40.00 and classes are $20.00 per class. 

We are having a free seminar, Wednesday, April 22nd from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
