Secail, its more annoying than anything. It isn't costing me any more money, and the time investment is minimal. Since it will still be a few more months before I'm dome with the 6 month diet, it shouldn't impede my getting my paperwork submitted timely.
It just seems unfair for them to change the requirements after open enrollment in the middle of a plan year. Some people are close then me in seeking the approval, and have even been denied because of this coaching program.
Is it even legal for them to change the requirements in the middle of the plan year? Who's to say they won't make another requirement next month and the month thereafter? I guess you could fight it, but by the time you did that, you could just do the darn class.
