Did anyone go thru Dr.Hart/Johnsons office

Want some feedback on their office staff... i've been having mucho problems wit the office staff

Not really . I recently went to a seminar in Swaunee ga for Dr. Hart. He did speak Dr. Johnson did. Dr Johnsons seemed knowledable about WLS. You must attend the seminar in order to ge an appointment. Good luck!

Well, first impressions are my way of dealing any further with a Dr. and whomever answers his phone needs an attitude adjustment so i crossed him off my list.

The office staff SUCKS, but they weren't operating on me, so I just sucked it up for the greater good.  It's really disturbing though that so many people have had problems with the staff, I'm starting to wonder if they're even aware of the problem.

I know they're not operating  but if I don't get approved I won't get the operation....

I can't take it anymore... I am at the brink

They screwed up my first paperwork and we had to resumit... It is just sooo frustrating...

So how are u doing post op?

Hey curiouscat... it's me... I just heard back from them.... they filed my insurance last week... and I got approval today and my surgery date is set for 9 Jan... but yes the office staff needs some adjustment...

I got denied again... I quit that office. I'm getting a new doctor.

They totally screwed me. I spoke to DR J. I'm heartsick right now
