patients of Dennis Smith: have you gone to his recommended psychologists; did you like them?

i am from Asheville, NC and am hoping to have a duodenal switch with Dr. Smith. Have any of had your psych. eval. with his listed people:

Connie Hill
Gary Santavicca
Steven Walfish
Ann McNeer
Carole Kant

Did any of them accept BCBS? If you paid, how much was it? Was the psych eval torture or friendly? Any help you can give me would be appreciated.

I replied on the DS board as well...I saw Dr. Santavicca and adore him....he was wonderful and his letter showed he really listened to what I was saying.

Have you researched Dr. Voellinger in Charlotte? He may be closer to you, or Dr. Ranjan Sudan at Duke. They both do DS.
